• Operate and improve the FindMyParts and Sparkie service
• Send you waitlist updates and launch notifications (only if you signed up)
• Identify vehicles via the DVLA Vehicle Enquiry Service API
• Source parts information via our AI agent (Sparkie)
• Analyse usage patterns to improve the product
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not:

• Sell your personal data to third parties

4. Vehicle Registration Data

When you enter a registration plate into Sparkie, we query the DVLA Vehicle Enquiry Service to identify the vehicle. This is done in accordance with DVLA's terms of use. We cache vehicle lookup results to improve performance and reduce costs — cached data is retained for up to 90 days.

Registration plates and associated vehicle data are used solely to provide the parts sourcing service and are not shared with third parties.
